1. Our Privacy Philosophy

At DexPrime, we believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. Unlike traditional financial institutions, DexPrime is a Non-Custodial software. We do not have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or your funds. Our software operates on a Zero-Knowledge architecture.

2. Information We DO NOT Collect

We are proud to state that DexPrime DOES NOT collect, store, or have access to the following:

  • No Personal Identity (Name, Age, Gender)
  • No Contact Info (Email, Phone Number)
  • No Government IDs or KYC Documents
  • No IP Addresses or Geolocation Data
  • No Private Keys or Seed Phrases
  • No Transaction History on our servers

3. Limited Information Access

To provide a functional Web3 experience, our app interacts with public blockchain data. This includes:

  • Public Wallet Addresses: When you add a wallet, your public address is used to fetch balance and history from public nodes.
  • Device Information: Basic non-identifiable data like OS version or device model to optimize app performance.
  • Local Storage: Your encrypted keys are stored locally on your device's Secure Enclave/Keystore. We never transmit this data.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

DexPrime connects you to decentralized networks via third-party RPC providers (like Infura, Alchemy, or Etherscan). These providers may see your IP address when you broadcast a transaction. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5. Security Architecture

We use industry-standard AES-256 Encryption to protect data stored on your device. Since we do not hold your backup phrases, you are the sole custodian of your assets. If you lose your recovery phrase, DexPrime cannot recover your account or your funds.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy in the app and on our website.
