Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 31, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the DexPrime software and decentralized services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DexPrime (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DexPrime is a non-custodial, decentralized wallet application. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software.

2. Self-Custody & Responsibility

DexPrime is a non-custodial wallet. This means:

  • No Access to Keys: We do not store or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
  • Loss of Access: If you lose your Secret Recovery Phrase, your funds are permanently lost. DexPrime cannot recover them for you.
  • User Security: You are 100% responsible for the security of your device and your backup phrases.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DexPrime. By using the software, you represent that you are not on any international trade sanction lists (e.g., OFAC) and that your use of decentralized finance (DeFi) tools is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. No Financial Advice

DexPrime is a software provider, not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian. All information provided within the app or website is for informational purposes only. You should consult with a financial professional before making any investment decisions.

5. Gas Fees & Transactions

All blockchain transactions require "Gas Fees" paid to the network miners/validators. DexPrime does not control these fees and does not receive any portion of them. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. We cannot cancel or reverse a transaction once it is broadcasted.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use DexPrime for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Buying or selling illegal goods or services.
  • Exploiting or attacking smart contracts or decentralized protocols.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEXPRIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR SECURITY BREACHES ON YOUR DEVICE.

8. No Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be bug-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the software or restrict access to certain features at any time without notice. However, since the wallet is non-custodial, you will always be able to access your funds on the blockchain using your seed phrase in any other compatible wallet.
